Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Albany, Georgia.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 20 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights

Requirements

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Experience: Must have experience with vasoactive drips and stepdown/PCU-level patients
• Charting: MEDITECH 6.1
• Education: BSN not required
• License: Active RN license required at submission
• Radius Rule: Strict 75 miles from facility (based on DL address)

Unit & Patient Care

• Unit Size: 10 beds
• Ratios: 1:3–4
• Typical Patients:
  • Continuous BiPAP
  • Vented (stable, trach only)
  • High Flow O₂ >50%
  • STEMI (post-ICU, after 24 hrs)
  • NSTEMI (stable, resolving chest pain)
  • DKA
  • Dysrhythmias
  • Post pacemaker/defibrillator
  • Fluid resuscitation & diuresis
