The Senior HRIS Analysts primary focus will be on supporting and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (Workday Human Capital Management, UKG Dimensions Timekeeping, and Ceridian Dayforce Payroll). This role focuses primarily on Dayforce Payroll for US and CAN and how it integrates with Workday and UKG Dimensions to ensure accurate employee data and on time payment. The analyst will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality HR service and efficient processes. This individual will serve as an administrator for Workday, UKG, and Dayforce and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of and planning for system upgrades, report writing, analyzing data, and process flows for process improvement opportunities. This individual must possess a unique set of skills that include an understanding of Dayforce payroll, reporting, imports and exports, and strong project management and analytical skills. This position will be based onsite in one of the Nordson Hubs.

Responsibilities

  • Dayforce payroll system administration, configuration, and support
  • Dayforce payroll system imports, exports, and payroll admin support
  • Workday integration support, focusing on payroll impacting PECI and Benefits integrations
  • Workday reporting and configuration
  • UKG Dimensions timekeeping support, administration, and configuration possible
  • Workday support, administration, and configuration possible
  • Support with day-to-day Dayforce, UKG, and Workday payroll team requests and troubleshooting
  • Work with Workday and UKG analysts to manage interdependencies of system changes
  • Identify, recommend and implement Workday-enabled business process improvements
  • Liaise with Workday, UKG, and Dayforce user communities to access best practices
  • Primary point of contact for the Dayforce release impacts to Nordson systems
  • Partner with HR and Payroll teams to guide and recommend Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, and UKG best practices to support strategic project roadmap
  • Data load abilities (EIBs) in all systems
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years related experience
  • Strong Dayforce configuration & integration experience with a focus on core, import/export, and payroll functionality
  • Configuration experience with Workday integrations, particularly payroll impacting like PECI and CCB or ability to learn
  • Familiarity with time tracking system management, UKG Dimensions preferred
  • Workday configuration is a strong plus
  • Bachelor or associate degree or equivalent experience
