HRIS Analyst

Addison Group is working on behalf of a valued client to identify an experienced
HRIS Analyst
with deep knowledge of
Ceridian Dayforce . Our client is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a hands-on professional to support, optimize, and maintain their HR technology platform while contributing to data integrity, compliance, and process improvement across the business. The HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary support for all functional aspects of the Dayforce platform. This role will manage integrations, support internal users, generate data-driven reports, and play a key part in ongoing system configuration and administration efforts. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical acumen and a strong understanding of HR workflows. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Dayforce modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Time, Performance, and Compensation. Resolve user issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Ceridian support for escalations. Manage file transfers and third-party integrations such as benefits carriers and retirement plan administrators. Process and audit employee lifecycle data including hires, terminations, and internal moves. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and Finance decision-making. Analyze large data sets and identify trends or discrepancies using advanced Excel tools (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas). Ensure data consistency across payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems. Maintain appropriate system access and security roles across HRIS users. Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with relevant data management policies.
