This role requires dedication and a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, critical environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).- Monitor patient progress and administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-equipped environment.- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.- Participate in regular staff meetings and in-service education sessions.- Adhere to all safety protocols and hospital policies. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association).- Valid nursing license as required by state regulations.- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.- Ability to work 36 hours per week, including three 12-hour shifts and every other weekend. Personal Health Requirements: - Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.- Updated immunizations as per healthcare regulations, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and Varicella.- Submission of a negative TB test result and evidence of a fit test.
