Paint Estimator - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial Paint Estimator for one of our clients on the East Coast. This position is remote , with availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time zone. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial painting projects.
Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope
• Perform material takeoffs and labor estimates
• Prepare and submit competitive bids within deadlines
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify details
• Maintain detailed records of bids and pricing

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience estimating commercial or industrial painting projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong knowledge of paint materials, labor costs, and application processes
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
