Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Lead with hands-on experience in implementing and managing AspenTech Inmation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of real-time industrial data integration solutions across OT and IT layers. You will work closely with automation engineers, software developers, and data scientists to enable a scalable and secure data infrastructure for smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 use cases.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Lead with hands-on experience in implementing and managing AspenTech Inmation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of real-time industrial data integration solutions across OT and IT layers. You will work closely with automation engineers, software developers, and data scientists to enable a scalable and secure data infrastructure for smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment and configuration of AspenTech Inmation for industrial data acquisition, integration, and contextualization.
- Architect and implement data flows between OT systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, MES) and enterprise systems (ERP, LIMS, BI, cloud).
- Design and manage data ingestion pipelines , historians , MQTT brokers , and REST APIs using Inmation tools.
- Coordinate with automation teams to understand source system architecture and data structures (e.g., OPC UA/DA, Modbus, BACnet).
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and data governance teams to ensure data models align with business standards.
- Develop and maintain custom Lua scripts , function blocks , and Inmation Studio components for data transformations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, data quality, and security of the AspenTech Inmation environment.
- Ensure compliance with GxP , FDA CFR 21 Part 11 , and data integrity requirements for regulated industries.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and ensure documentation of integration processes and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial/OT data integration or industrial IoT platforms.
- Proven hands-on experience with AspenTech Inmation (formerly Inmation Software) platform.
- Deep knowledge of OPC UA/DA , MQTT , SQL , REST APIs , JSON , Lua scripting .
- Experience integrating data from DCS/SCADA systems (e.g., DeltaV, Rockwell, Siemens), MES (e.g., Werum PAS-X), or LIMS .
- Familiarity with industrial standards and protocols: ISA-95, ISA-88, ISA-99/IEC 62443.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., pharma, biotech, food & beverage).
- Strong understanding of data modeling , edge computing , time-series, Discrete and benchtop instrument data handling.
- Certification in AspenTech Inmation or similar industrial data platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for hybrid OT/IT integration.
- Familiarity with DataOps, DevOps, and CI/CD for industrial data projects.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams in digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like, cross-functional environment.
