We’re currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Kennewick office. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team setting, we want to hear from you. Job Duties

Payroll

Scheduling

Tracking licensing/certification compliance

Answering and directing phone calls

Fingerprinting

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Excellent professional communication skills

Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook

Prior office or administrative experience preferred

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong teamwork and multitasking skills, with a proactive mindset

Comfortable interacting with the public

Background in security, military, corrections, or dispatch is a plus

18 years or older with reliable transportation

Clean criminal background

High School Diploma/GED

Able to read, write, and speak English (bilingual a plus)
