We’re currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Kennewick office. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team setting, we want to hear from you. Job Duties

  • Payroll
  • Scheduling
  • Tracking licensing/certification compliance
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Fingerprinting
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking skills, with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable interacting with the public
  • Background in security, military, corrections, or dispatch is a plus
  • 18 years or older with reliable transportation
  • Clean criminal background
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Able to read, write, and speak English (bilingual a plus)

Starting Wage: $17.00 – $19.00 DOE
