Customer Support Specialist - Fleet Services We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our high-performing team supporting a top-tier client in the fleet services industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys solving problems creatively. You'll be the go-to resource for drivers, internal teams, and external stakeholders-handling everything from email and phone inquiries to data updates and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities * Act as a key support partner to account managers, assisting with vehicle orders and all customer service-related needs. * Manage a high volume of customer emails and service cases, providing thoughtful and thorough responses. * Handle complex customer situations (e.g., impounded vehicles) with empathy and problem-solving skills. * Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented. * Multi-task effectively while entering customer information in real time across multiple systems. * Use internal tracking tools (e.g., CARE) to manage and resolve customer issues. * Perform tasks such as creating vehicle selectors, processing billing changes, generating reports, distributing insurance cards, and updating driver data. * Contact drivers via email to collect missing information and ensure data completeness. * Use Excel functions (including VLOOKUP and basic pivot tables) to manage and analyze data. Required Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of office-based customer service experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional email etiquette. * Comfortable with video meetings and presenting a professional demeanor via Microsoft Teams. * Proficient in English with strong grammar and sentence structure. * High level of computer literacy; able to navigate multiple databases and monitors. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). * Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred. * Ability to type at least 40 WPM. * High school diploma or equivalent required.
