Senior Software Engineer

This is an elite opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a well-funded fast-and paced startup with the ability to wear many hats and have a high level of ownership while building from 0-1. Responsibilities Lead the development of web application features, from conception through deployment, ensuring they meet our high standards for performance, accessibility, and user experience Work with users to understand their role and use-cases and make sure they have an seamless experience in the product Design and implement APIs and services that power our applications, working closely with backend teams to ensure uninterrupted integration and data flow Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including the product team, designers, and backend engineers Champion the continuous improvement of our engineering processes, advocating for best practices in code quality, deployment, and maintenance Requirements Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or related qualification 3-8+ years experience in building and shipping user-facing features Expertise in front-end development, with advanced skills in React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies. Ability to work on the Backend with skills in Python. A passion for building products that delight users, with a strong product orientation and the ability to prioritize features based on user value Full health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and short term disability) Unlimited PTO 401K (US) Seniority level
