Katalyst Group is recruiting for an Assistant Director, Private Grants on behalf of a nonprofit education/policy organization based in Chicago. The Assistant Director will oversee a portfolio of private grants in accordance with grant restrictions and regulations and complete internal. monthly financial grant reports for assigned agencies. This role offers you the opportunity to: Join a leader in the Chicago nonprofit community Develop/mentor a small team of finance professionals Engage in regular interaction with the senior management and executive leadership teams Individuals with the following skills and expertise are encouraged to contact us to learn more about this role: At least four years of grants financial management Your understanding of both private and federal grants and regulations will be valuable Advanced MS Excel skills and demonstrated SQL experience Degree in Accounting, Finance (post-graduate degree is highly preferred).
