We are hiring an Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of commercial litigation experience, hold strong analytical, problem-solving and drafting skills, and be comfortable preparing for and managing complex commercial litigation disputes for high profile clients. The firm's cases are challenging and rewarding. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review legal documents and correspondence, including pleadings, proposed orders, briefs, discovery requests and responses Prepare for, attend and/or conduct hearings, trials, mediation, and depositions Conduct complex legal research and factual investigations Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel Education, Experience and Expectations: Admitted to practice in Florida Minimum 2 years experience in commercial litigation Strong academic credentials Work Monday to Friday in person Working well in a team environment Application Instructions: All qualified candidates must apply via email only by sending cover letter, resume and academic transcript to Bimaya.DeSilva@BurstynLaw.com with the words "Burstyn Law: Application for Attorney Position" in the subject line of the email.
