Fenwick & West Job Description Summary Fenwick's Boston office is seeking an Executive Assistant ("EA") to support a partner’s practice. EAs build strong relationships with partners and clients, providing administrative support, managing schedules, and assisting with business development and client maintenance. Confidentiality, tact, and proactive problem-solving are essential. This role may also support C-level partners and involves managing the partner’s day-to-day operations to maximize efficiency. The position is based in Boston, MA, with a hybrid work arrangement, standard hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities include: Client engagement and onboarding, including drafting engagement letters and coordinating with departments. Supporting business development efforts, maintaining contact information, and managing social media profiles. Assisting with client billing, including reviewing prebills and final bills, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring timely billing. Practice administration tasks, such as preparing reports and managing practice group initiatives. Managing a busy calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, and preparing meeting materials. Providing substantive support to attorneys and representing the firm professionally. Qualifications: Minimum 6+ years supporting law firm partners or C-level executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred. Benefits:
Competitive salary range ($94,000 - $140,500), comprehensive benefits including health, life insurance, HSA, FSA, and wellbeing programs. Discretionary bonus possible based on performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Legal Administrative Services, the ideal candidate is a team player with excellent organizational, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
