September 15 About the Role We are searching for a UX Designer to join our client’s Online team, specifically supporting an
AI tool to help build shopping lists . This is a
6-month contract
with the possibility for extension into 2026. We are looking to
accelerate work integrating AI into our ecommerce website.
We are currently developing AI technology to help our Pro customers build lists more efficiently, supporting their project planning and execution needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with another Senior UX Designer to continue our initial build-out efforts, iterate on ways to enhance the list-user interaction (e.g., conversational AI, search improvements), and support user-research efforts. They will also work closely with the team’s Product Manager and Engineers. Key Responsibilities: Delivery & Execution (90%) Design and communicate ideas and solutions to users and product teams Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver UX artifacts and test usability Participate in data collection and synthesis to inform design decisions Partner with Product, Development, and UX peers to execute on experience vision Understand business goals at both feature and product levels Seek continuous learning opportunities to grow your craft What You’ll Bring 2–4 years of UX experience in enterprise or retail environments Experience working with agile software development teams Strong proficiency in Figma; familiarity with AI tooling is a plus Ability to balance user needs with business goals to create delightful experiences Comfort working with users, stakeholders, and leadership to advocate for design Solid understanding of research best practices and iterative design methods Experience with Pro/B2B and AI products is a bonus, but not required Seniority level
