Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations across our restaurants, fitness clubs, and other service areas, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring the organization runs efficiently and effectively. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute at a detailed level. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee operations across restaurants, fitness clubs, and related service divisions. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance. Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to track business performance. Process Optimization Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Ensure operational systems and tools are scalable to support business growth. Maintain and enforce SOPs for consistent quality and compliance across all locations. Work closely with senior leadership to support long-term business planning. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Partner with Finance and other teams to align on resource needs and timelines. Support leadership in strategic initiatives and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven leadership experience in operational management across restaurants, fitness clubs, or hospitality. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L. Adaptability to a Fast-Paced Environment. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a positive, collaborative attitude. Willingness to travel monthly as required. Working Conditions: Candidates must not have visible tattoos above the shoulders. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all company work areas, managed/owned properties, company vehicles, and within 10 feet of all entrances, exits, ramps, windows, and air-intake vents.
