We are looking for a hard-charging, dynamic and experienced
Head of Hospitality
to lead our hospitality operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure sustainable business growth. This role oversees all service departments — including
Front Office, Housekeeping, and Events
— with a focus on
service excellence, SOP implementation, and financial performance management .
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all hospitality departments.
Develop, implement, and maintain
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
Monitor and review monthly
P&L
statements, conduct variance analysis, and implement cost-control and revenue growth strategies.
Foster a guest-focused culture through continuous staff training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Finance and Marketing teams to align operational goals with business strategy.
Plan and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure projects.
Lead and inspire department heads to meet and exceed
operational KPIs
and
guest satisfaction targets .
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive hospitality management experience, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role.
Strong background in
financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L oversight .
Demonstrated success in creating and implementing SOPs across multiple service areas.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with hospitality management systems (PMS, POS, etc.) is a plus.
