Position Summary We are seeking a poised, highly organized, and performance-driven Senior Operations Managerto join our UHNW family office. This role operates at the intersection of executive operations, personal logistics, and high-value asset oversight. It demands extreme discretion, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Operations Manager will support principal-level stakeholders across personal and professional initiatives, managing logistics, vendors, asset performance, travel, and sensitive family matters. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where white-glove service, accuracy, and professionalism are non-negotiable. Key Responsibilities Operational & Strategic Execution Lead and manage high-level, cross-functional projects spanning investments, renovations, legal coordination, and special initiatives. Collaborate with legal, accounting, finance, and external advisors to ensure seamless execution across all family and office operations. Support the CEO with strategic planning, organizational efficiency, and ongoing initiatives. Implement systems and SOPs to ensure operational continuity and visibility across various assets and departments. Oversee all operations related to the family’s aviation assets, real estate, vehicles, insurance, and other high-value personal assets. Manage vendor relationships including contracts, invoicing, renewals, and performance accountability. Serve as the key point of contact for maintenance, acquisitions, and upgrades across multiple properties and service categories. Calendar, Travel & Personal Affairs Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics for the principal and family — including aviation, lodging, dining, and ground transportation. Maintain and organize calendars, stakeholder engagements, and executive scheduling across time zones. Create detailed itineraries and proactively confirm all arrangements in advance to ensure flawless execution. Assist with household operations, personal appointments, gift sourcing, event planning, and other lifestyle management tasks as needed. Confidential Family Office Support Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all dealings with sensitive information, documents, and family matters. Collaborate with internal assistants and household staff to uphold elevated service standards across residences, travel, and events. Monitor and manage documentation related to insurance, registrations, identification, and compliance for family members. Assist with family medical logistics, children’s travel arrangements, and private matters with utmost sensitivity. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years

of experience in a family office, luxury hospitality, UHNW operations, or high-touch executive support environment. Bachelor's degree required; additional credentials in operations, project management, or hospitality preferred. Demonstrated experience supporting C-level or principal executives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Financial, contractual, and vendor management acumen. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Apple products, travel and calendar software, and digital filing systems. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to undergo full background checks, drug screening, and sign a confidentiality agreement. Key Attributes Discretion-first
