Direct Hire Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Account Reconciliation : Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy. Tax Documents : Prepare tax documents and stay updated on tax obligations. Accounts Payable : Review and enter accounts payable, prepare checks for CEO review. Accounts Receivable : Post revenue batches, make adjustments as needed. Financial Statements : Prepare and analyze financial statements. Ledger Maintenance : Maintain general ledgers and accounts payable files. Expense Files : Keep expense files updated. Client Invoicing : Manage the purchasing and invoicing system. Budget Development : Assist in developing the annual operating budget. Deadline Management : Meet reporting and processing deadlines. Client Communication : Respond to client inquiries and handle invoices. Software Maintenance : Coordinate with vendors to maintain accounting software. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance. Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Skills : Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
