Senior Service Engineer - Advanced Systems SpecialistLocation: Hauppauge, NY | Full-Time | In-Person Are you the go-to expert for solving complex technical issues? Do you thrive on diagnosing and supporting highly sophisticated medical/dental equipment that others can’t touch? We’re seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our most advanced systems, including HSG, Horizontal, and Laboratory sterilizers—equipment critical to healthcare and research environments across the country.What You’ll Do:80% of your role will focus on:Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues on our most technically demanding systemsProviding advanced support that goes beyond current internal capabilitiesCollaborating across departments and stakeholders—including hospital administrators, research scientists, field techs, and internal engineering teamsManaging urgent technical escalations, including dispatching on-site service providers as neededThe remaining 20% includes:Preparing and adapting complex equipment from overseas manufacturers for the U.S. market (electrical, plumbing, and software modifications)Coordinating with Sales to ensure accurate service agreementsOverseeing critical parts supply and logistics for large-scale systemsWhat Sets This Role Apart:This isn’t your standard technician position.
