Manage a caseload to meet billable service requirements Supervise clinical team to ensure quality standards Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments Provide parent training and data-driven treatment adjustments Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop ABA programs Complete behavioral health treatment reports Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development Qualifications

Active BCBA certification 1+ year of clinical experience in ABA, including program development and managing complex behaviors Experience supervising clinical staff and managing caseloads Strong assessment, reporting, and communication skills Additional Information
