$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Aivres is a leading global data center and cloud computing solutions provider committed to delivering innovative technologies that propel the world’s leading industries to new frontiers. We deliver and deploy robust, performance-optimized, purpose-built platforms to major data centers around the globe. An R&D project manager is a key person in a research and development project. They are responsible for managing the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of R&D projects. They are responsible for the success of the project, and for coordinating teams at every stage of the product life-cycle. Primary Responsibilities 1. Define project objectives and develop a detailed project plan in line with customer requirements; 2. Ensure compliance with project deadlines and costs, and manage human and financial resources; 3. Manage team members and supervise their work; 4. Collaborate with other R&D project managers and support departments to ensure smooth integration of projects; 5. Identify potential risks and draw up action plans to counter them; 6. Evaluate risks and benefits at each stage of the project and ensure consistency; 7. Participate in meetings and lead discussions with customers to define their requirements and expectations; 8. Ensure communication between project members and consistency of information; 9. Make presentations at events and seminars to promote the project and results; 10. Provide updates on progress and problems encountered, ensure the quality of results and propose solutions to problems that may arise. Qualifications 1. Have learning experience in computer science, industry/business management and other related disciplines; 2. More than 7 years related work experience； 3. Independent thinking, teamwork, communication and coordination ability; 4. Familiar with x86 project development process, cloud computing, storage, network product structure; 5. Strong ability to withstand pressure; 6. Speak English and Chines are highly preferred. 7. Experience in server ODM project development is preferred.
