Summary Under the general supervision of the CPPI Manager, the Program Coordinator performs a variety of activities to identify, support, and respond to educational needs at Rhode Island Hospital. The role promotes and supports a learning environment across the organization, primarily for the division of nursing. Responsibilities PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative:
Oversees Directors schedule, coordinates meetings, maintains records, manages supplies and expenditures. NetLearning Site Administrator:
Manages all platform functions, supports hospital-wide education, and reports on course activities. Student Coordination:
Coordinates onboarding, orientations, and liaises with educational institutions for student placements and agreements. American Heart Association Site Administrator:
Manages certification processes, online platform, and troubleshooting. Department Programs and Support:
Manages room scheduling, AV equipment, and supports department programs and meetings. Other:
Coordinates awards, recognition programs, and takes meeting minutes. Qualifications - Education:
Minimum high school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred in healthcare administration or related field. Qualifications - Experience:
Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with virtual meeting platforms like TEAMS or ZOOM. Work Environment:
Office setting; requires sitting, walking, standing. Independent Action:
Performs duties independently; escalates complex issues to manager. Supervisory Responsibilities:
