Investor Services Analyst Base Salary:
$85,000 to $120,000 + bonus Overview A globally recognized alternative investment firm is seeking an Investor Services Analyst to join its Investor Relations team. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of operations and client service, offering exposure to investor communication, fund activity, and internal reporting processes. It’s an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting sophisticated institutional clients. Key Responsibilities Review and reconcile daily and monthly investor capital activity reports from the fund administrator to ensure accurate internal system updates Serve as the key liaison between internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Reporting, etc.) and the fund administrator on investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, and wire transfers Manage investor and consultant inquiries with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism Support onboarding processes for new investors, including documentation review and coordination with internal stakeholders and platform partners Complete due diligence questionnaires and respond to information requests at both the firm and fund levels Maintain rigorous confidentiality standards when handling sensitive investor information Ensure consistent, accurate data flow across CRM systems and proprietary reporting platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance investor services workflows and reporting accuracy Utilize Microsoft Excel and CRM tools for tracking, reconciliation, and data analysis Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in investor services or fund administration, preferably within the alternative asset management industry Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a deadline-driven environment Understanding of how investor flows impact operational and reporting functions Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables Experience with CRM platforms and internal reporting systems Effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with a proactive and organized approach Seniority level
