We are dedicated to providing inclusive and comprehensive arts education. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructional Designer located in Santa Ana/ Costa Mesa CA. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing and developing instructional materials, and implementing training programs. They will also manage learning experiences, develop curricula, and ensure the effective use of learning management systems. Daily tasks include collaborating with educators and stakeholders to create engaging and effective educational content. Qualifications Skills in Needs Analysis and Learning Management Proficiency in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development Experience in Training & Development Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field Experience in the arts or education sector is a plus Seniority level
