Role Description This full-time on-site role of Director of Operations is located in Santa Ana, CA. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure efficient functioning of the organization. Responsibilities include budgeting, developing strategies for operational improvement, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Director will also be responsible for driving performance metrics and analyzing data to optimize operations and support the organization's mission.

Qualifications Operations Management and Team Management skills Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making Experience in Budgeting and financial management Strong Customer Service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Experience in the arts or education sector is a plus
