Summary : The Associate Community Manager is responsible for telephone coverage, responding to customer service requests, and performing administrative duties at the request of the General Manager. Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Essential Duties
include providing courteous customer service, engaging with community members, responding to requests, issuing work orders, processing applications, maintaining access devices, participating in walks, assisting the General Manager, enforcing rules, handling mail and payments, maintaining a clean environment, supporting events, managing supplies, and practicing Keystone’s core values. Qualifications
include ability to work under deadlines, reliable transportation, problem-solving skills, proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, organizational skills, teamwork, and flexibility including some Saturdays. Education & Experience : 1-2 years in customer service, High School Diploma or GED. Work Environment : Office setting, professional attire, ability to drive, inspect areas, sit/stand, operate equipment. Reasonable accommodations available.
