Oversee the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring brand compliance, message alignment, and measurable impact. Maintain and continuously enhance NCL's digital marketing platform for travel partners, evolving collateral, tools, and strategies to strengthen engagement and drive sales. Partner with International Marketing to share assets and best practices for a cohesive global approach. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain trade marketing schedule and strategy. Support in end-to-end trade marketing projects. Responsible for viewing Trade Marketing reporting that supports overall strategy and utilize reporting to increase utilization. Assist with identifying opportunities to strengthen support for the business to business (B2B), business to consumer (B2B2C) travel partner audience and North America NCL Sales. Design and produce trade marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, emails, etc.) with creativity and innovation to generate demand and grow revenue. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date marketing asset database and ensure all content is properly displayed and functional on the external Travel Partner marketing platform (Marketing Headquarters). Manage all trade marketing projects - from print production to digital collateral - from concept through execution, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and budget alignment. Provide risk assessments and recommendations to the Senior Marketing Manager. Partner with external agencies to keep the Travel Partner marketing platform accurate, current, and accessible to all North America Travel Partners and Sales teams. Oversee the approval process for printed marketing materials and promotional items, coordinating with third-party fulfillment partners to ensure timely availability. Liaise with third party fulfilment company to submit notice of newly created and/or updated printed marketing material and promotional items and ensure access to Travel Partners and North America Sales team. Coordinate with the Senior Manager of Trade Marketing and third-party vendors to develop optimized landing pages that support tactical offers and business objectives, ensuring timely content submission and accurate proofing. Monitor and respond promptly to requests and inquiries in the Trade Marketing inbox from the North America Sales team. Cross train with International Marketing Specialist and Sr. Manager Trade Marketing for trade advertising tasks and duties. Attend North America Sales regional team meetings to educate, support and innovate Travel Partner and Sales team marketing assets. Participate in recurring meetings with creative, product, trade management, and communications teams to align on updates, timelines, and production schedules. Perform other job-related functions as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE:

Bachelor's Degree FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

Marketing or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience. EXPERIENCE 5 years Marketing experience with increasing responsibility and success track record demonstrating exceptional results. Requires experience in different aspects of marketing, e.g., direct mail, email, print production, creative optimization, management of online platforms & sales tools, and more. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Exceptional attention to detail with meticulous proofreading and fact-checking skills. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated; able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Committed to flawless execution and quality assurance of all marketing collateral. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized with strong project management skills and a results-driven work ethic. Seniority level
