Nox Group At Nox Group, we are dedicated to humanizing construction! Our enterprise owns and operates Corbins, RMCI, Nox Innovations, and Construction Labels. Our teammates, partners, and customers can expect that we genuinely care to serve them and look out for their best interests. As one of the fastest-growing industrial construction enterprises in the US and an industry leader in data centers, manufacturing, semiconductor, and water/wastewater treatment facilities, we continually look for people who are excited about personal growth and can contribute to our mission of being empowered thought leaders boldly changing the construction industry.
Position Overview
As an individual contributor, this is a chance to shape the role and the impact as we build our L&D infrastructure. This position supports our Craft Trainers so they can deliver quality content that will help increase knowledge and skills on our projects, as well as the rest of the professional and administrative staff in the organization through organizing, tracking and sometimes instruction in leadership training. Although there are no direct reports now, the role could evolve with growth and responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional design and curriculum development of training materials: Partner with SMEs to translate subject matter into facilitator and learner materials that our Craft Trainers will use in the field for training. Lead Train the Trainer programs: Coach our Craft Trainers (which are electricians turned instructors) to improve their delivery, using feedback tools, and help them understand and master adult learning methodologies. Manage leadership training: Administer and refine our vendor provided leadership program, ensuring it meets the real-world needs. Operate our Versatility Matrix system: Keep up an internal course catalog—detailing prerequisites, class size, syllabus, and scheduling guidelines, as courses and modules are developed. Administer Docebo LMS (which we call “Nox Group Learn”): Handle maintenance tasks, user access, course setup, reporting, and other LMS admin functions.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in instructional design and curriculum development, with adult learning theory at the core. Proven skills in training the trainer, facilitation, coaching, and curriculum implementation. Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable in front of small and large groups. Ability to give thoughtful feedback and coach new instructors to improve. Background or familiarity with industrial, construction, or trade environments is a plus, though not required.
Education/Certification
BA/BS in Curriculum Development, Organizational Learning, or related field, or equivalent certifications and proven work experience. Experience in developing and executing learning plans, including design, facilitation, tracking, and continuous improvement. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, CIDD, LXD) are a plus.
Safety Level
This is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.
