Vice President, Patient Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic vision of our Patient Solutions operation. A key value in this role is being customer-centric; working closely with management to continually innovate and improve the service strategy in alignment with the changing needs of business and customers.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the customer and patient solutions department and generates value propositions for clients. Develops, maintains, and ensures production and quality standards, such as response and call handle times, are met, along with audit outcomes. Maintains appropriate staffing to ensure service levels are met across all product segments, ensuring smooth transitions for new customers and minimal impact on existing customers. Evaluates systems, policies, and procedures, driving changes to meet organizational and departmental objectives. Maintains strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets. Assists in resolving problems affecting service, efficiency, and team productivity. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directs and manages employees within the department(s). Follows organizational policies and applicable laws in supervisory responsibilities. Includes interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving employee issues. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline preferred. At least 10 years of experience with a proven track record in patient services or a similar call center environment. Benefits:
