Vice President, Patient Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic vision of our Patient Solutions operation. A key value in this role is being customer-centric; working closely with management to provide the vision to continually innovate and improve the service strategy in alignment with the changing needs of the business and customers. Responsibilities include:

Overseeing the customer and patient solutions department and generating value propositions for clients. Developing, maintaining, and ensuring production and quality standards, such as response and call handle times, are met, along with audit outcomes. Maintaining appropriate staffing to ensure service levels are met across all product segments, ensuring smooth transitions for new customers and minimal impact on existing customers. Evaluating systems, policies, and procedures, and driving changes to accomplish the organization’s and departments’ objectives. Maintaining strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets. Assisting in solving problems that affect service, efficiency, and team productivity. Performing other related duties as assigned by management. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Managing direct and indirect employees within the department(s). Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving employee issues. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline preferred. 10 years of experience with a demonstrated track record in patient services or a similar call center environment. Additional Information:
