Corporate Catering Account Manager

Radish is a chef-driven corporate catering program, partnering with Michelin-starred talent, Top Chef winners, and beloved local restaurants to bring exceptional meals to the workplace. We’re looking for a Corporate Catering Account Manager to lead service at one of our largest Bay Area accounts (on-site), serving 250–450 guests per meal. You’ll oversee daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, manage the onsite team, plan special events, and be the primary client contact — ensuring every interaction reflects Radish’s high hospitality standards. Meals are produced offsite, so this role focuses on service leadership, client relations, and program operations. Lead daily FOH operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service Supervise setup, service execution, and guest engagement Coordinate with chefs to review menus, tastings, and service plans Ensure dietary, quality, and hospitality standards are consistently met Program Administration Serve as primary client liaison for service, menus, and logistics Manage ordering, invoices, and vendor relationships Oversee staff performance, training, and scheduling Maintain accurate records for QA, inventory, and operational procedures Event Planning Plan and execute special events, VIP services, and pop-ups Coordinate with outside vendors for non-standard services Ensure events align with client expectations and Radish standards Collect and apply feedback to enhance future experiences What we’re looking for 2+ years in FOH, catering, or event management (corporate dining a plus) Strong leadership, organization, and client service skills Passion for hospitality and food $80,000 - $90,000 base salary DOE Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Daily chef-prepared meals Growth opportunities Seniority level
