Product Director (Salesforce CRM)

Position Overview Lead Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, driving outcomes across business development, contact center agent experience, and stakeholder engagement. Define and execute CRM product strategy inclusive of Agentic AI, Personalization, Digital Outreach, Data Management, and Salesforce Core CRM capabilities. Partner with cross-functional teams and Salesforce technical leadership to build and maintain high-performing, reliable integrations that enhance customer engagement. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and guide forward-looking CRM strategy. Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and OKRs. Champion the customer experience by leveraging user feedback and collaborating closely with stakeholder experience teams. Drive measurable product success through key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field (advanced degree welcome but not required). 4–8 years of product management experience with demonstrable leadership experience. Proven experience managing and launching Salesforce CRM products. Salesforce product certifications and hands-on execution experience. Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically. Experience working within Agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills Industry experience in healthcare, retail, and/or technology. Proficiency with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Familiarity with Salesforce AI tools (Agentic AI, Einstein AI). Experience with Salesforce integrations, automation, and data management. Background in contact center solutions (journey mapping, real-time reporting, sentiment/speech/text analytics).
