Compensation:
$88/hr W2 (contract) | $183K annual target salary upon conversion
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, working Mountain Time hours | Quarterly travel to Denver required
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Product Director
to lead our Salesforce CRM strategy. This role requires a proven track record of driving CRM transformation through a product-oriented delivery model. You’ll combine business and technical expertise to define product vision, build scalable solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes across business development, customer engagement, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
CRM Product Strategy & Vision : Define and communicate the Salesforce CRM strategy, driving adoption across contact centers, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
Market & Competitive Analysis : Conduct research to identify CRM opportunities, inform product decisions, and prioritize features with a forward-looking perspective.
Product Lifecycle Management : Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery in partnership with Salesforce technical teams and data integration functions.
Customer Focus : Champion the user voice to continuously improve functionality, enhance customer experience, and articulate the “art of the possible” across Salesforce capabilities.
Metrics & Outcomes : Define and measure performance through OKRs and KPIs; leverage insights to optimize product success.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
4–8+ years in product management, including leadership roles.
Salesforce product certifications and proven execution experience required.
Demonstrated success in launching/managing CRM products in fast-paced environments.
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
Industry experience in healthcare, retail, or technology.
Familiarity with Salesforce suite (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentic AI, Einstein AI).
Knowledge of integrations, data management, automation tools, and contact center solutions (e.g., journey mapping).
