Our client, a respected mid-size firm in downtown Seattle, is seeking a corporate associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its thriving Mergers & Acquisitions practice. This is a standout opportunity for junior attorneys to gain practical, hands-on experience working directly with middle-market private companies on complex transactions. $150,000 – $200,000 per year DOE Hybrid Work Policy Annual Bonus:
