Job Title: Linux/Unix System Administrator Location: San Jose, CA 95134 Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (Onsite) Duration: 12 +Months

Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced

Linux/Unix System Administrator

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows systems Manage virtualization (VMware, KVM) & storage systems (NetApp, Dell/EMC, PureStorage) Support automation tools (Ansible), Foreman deployment & system inventory (GLPI) Configure and maintain network equipment (Cisco, Mellanox, etc.) Apply OS patches, security updates, and system optimizations Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues & provide Tier III support Work with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, LDAP, EDA tools, and FlexLM licenses Provide after-hours/weekend support as needed

Requirements:

5+ years

of Linux/Unix system administration experience Strong expertise in

VMware administration Hands-on experience with

Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Foreman, and DevOps tools System Admin certifications (Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE) preferred Solid networking knowledge ( Cisco, Mellanox ) Familiarity with

security protocols, firewalls, SSL, and web technologies CompTIA Security+ certification

(or equivalent experience) Ability to

lift 50 lbs and relocate servers

Experience with

EDA tools & FlexLM license management Background in

enterprise service architecture & cloud environments
