Title: Data Analytic - Tableau and Power BI dashboards
Location: New York, NY 10004
Duration: 12 Months Contract Position
Requirements The candidate must have a minimum of:
5 years of experience in data analytics. 5 years of experience in developing Tableau and Power BI dashboards. Proof of eligibility to work in NYS. Job Description and Required Services: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
nalyze and understand business requirements to design effective data models Connect BI tools to various data sources, including databases, Excel files, and web services Use business intelligence software (Tableau and Microsoft Power BI) to create dashboards and visualize data Develop dashboards and key Performance Indicators (KPI) with Power BI and Tableau. Design ETL packages dealing with different data transfers between different systems. Write, optimize queries and stored procedures Create multiple types of reports and packages from SSRS and SSIS Designs and prepares periodic reports as per requirements details in official Client policies Use technical expertise to automate manual processes and reporting Compile and compute data according to statistical formulas for use in data analysis and/or statistical studies Work as Data analyst, by interacting with the researchers and gathering requirement for data discovery Work with complex data sets to understand problems and recommend procedures while using various analytical and statistical approaches Prepare business analytics and assist in preparing metrics and reporting Respond to ad hoc requests for data, aggregations, and visualizations Conduct research and analysis of data at Client, definitions and usage, system flows, challenges, and opportunities Collaborate with business users and business analysts to develop analytical strategies for development of various projects Develop documentation including data dictionaries, policies, and procedures Other duties as assigned In addition, the candidate must possess the following abilities:
