**Job Title: Clinical Nurse - Night Shift**
**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team on a Night Shift (NOC) basis. This position involves delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the healthcare facilities in achieving the highest standards of clinical excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during the night shift, ensuring safety and comfort. - Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to implement effective care plans. - Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and undertake various medical procedures as necessary. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations. - Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, providing direct support and interventions when required. - Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards within the healthcare facility. - Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
