Job Notes: -- 6-month contract / extension and perm conversion are possible with good performance. -- Onsite in facilities in Fayetteville, GA, and Newnan, GA. -- Drug & Background required.
Note from the client:
Must be able to hit the ground running in Call Manager and Unity. Voice gateways would be nice as well.
Pay Rate =
$50+ w2 per hour plus benefits
Required Qualifications: Senior level of experience Expertise in protocols Experience with network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and load balancers. Proficiency in troubleshooting tools Certifications such as CCNA Voice or equivalent. Preferred Skills:
Experience with voice platforms Familiarity with telephony systems Knowledge of security best practices for voice communications. Scripting skills for automation. Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
