We are seeking a skilled
Network Voice Engineer
with proven expertise in
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
to join our growing team in
Charlotte, NC . The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support enterprise voice and collaboration solutions, ensuring seamless communication across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) , Unity Connection, and related collaboration technologies.
Manage and optimize voice gateways, SIP trunks, and dial plans.
Troubleshoot complex
VoIP, call routing, and voice network issues
to ensure high system availability.
Provide operational support for
VoIP infrastructure
including CUCM clusters, voice gateways, and IP phones.
Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams on cross-functional projects.
Assist in migrations, upgrades, and expansions of Cisco voice infrastructure.
Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks.
Monitor system performance and implement proactive solutions for optimization.
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience as a
Voice / UC / Network Engineer .
Hands-on experience with
CUCM (Enterprise or Cloud) , Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco IP Telephony.
Strong knowledge of
VoIP protocols
(SIP, SCCP, RTP, QoS, SRST).
Experience with
voice gateway configuration
(MGoogle Cloud Platform, H.323, SIP).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with
LAN/WAN networking, routing & switching, wireless, and firewalls .
Knowledge of
Webex, Jabber, and collaboration endpoints
is a plus.
