Blend of Technical and Functional GrowthDirect Front Office Exposure in a High-Impact RoleAbout Our ClientThis role is on site three days a week in New York, NY. The client is a global financial institution with active trading operations in Equity Derivatives, and Securities Lending.Job DescriptionSeeking a Business Analyst with experience supporting Equity and Equity Listed/OTC Options trading execution platforms-preferably Fidessa, EMSX, Dash, or similar (e.g., Flextrade)-along with knowledge of FIX messaging/gateways and booking systems.Provide Level 1 functional and technical support for front office trading applications across Equity Derivatives and Delta One.Collaborate with traders and stakeholders to gather business requirements and improve application functionality.Log, manage, and escalate user-reported incidents to ensure timely resolution.Test new features, bug fixes, and system updates to ensure they meet business needs.Coordinate with IT development teams to implement enhancements and communicate status updates.
