1. Name format for resumes and questionnaires should have the candidate's name saved as the document. Last year there were many resumes and/or questionnaires with candidate's initials or odd naming conventions "Indeed Resume". Documents should be submitted in Bflex as John Smith Resume RN . John Smith Questionnaire RN" same naming convention for Clerk submissions. 2. City and state should be on resume and questionnaire 3. Hours and work will be in CST regardless of what time zone someone is in. 4. If someone is currently employed, please note if it is a contract engagement and the end date of the engagement. If it is a part-time job, note the days and shifts, if it is a full time job- notes days and shifts. 5. So candidates are aware up front, if they are offered a position: a. All communications go to you, their employer not to the business and then to me. I will communicate to the Audrey's team. i. Everyone will be on camera at all times during training and post-training ii. If time off is needed, the day provided is the day that will be taken. If the date changes, then that person will need to take the initial day provided and the new date. iii. If someone needs to log off early or log in late, this time will be at noon CST. Log off at noon or log in at noon. If this cannot be done, then the person will need to take the day off.
