Senior RF Systems Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared RF Engineer to join a rapidly growing team fully onsite in Rancho Carmel, CA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end to end RF systems engineering. This person will be responsible for the total communication of the system via RF. They should understand the impact of power on the system and transmission to SATCOM. This person will be responsible for the mentorship of more junior team members without personnel management duties.

Skills and Requirements

  Active DoD secret clearance

  n

• n

  Bachelors degree in engineering or other related field

  n
n
• n

  10-15 years of systems engineering experience with at least 8 in RF engineering specifically

  n

• n

  Experience working with AESA radars

  n
n
• n

  Strong understanding of the RF system as whole in all phases of the engineering lifecycle

  n
n
• n

  Experience working with the radio and antenna team with a strong understanding of antenna technology - Masters in engineering or other related field

• n

  Experience mentoring junior engineers

  n
n
• n

  Experience working with Space Internet Providers null
