Target total compensation ranges from $170,000-209,000, including a fixed annual salary of $153,000-170,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility. About the role: We are seeking a highly dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating internal and external meetings, and handling extensive travel arrangements. This role requires someone who is adaptable, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup environment. Responsibilities: Executive Support: Enhance the CEO's efficiency and effectiveness through comprehensive support. Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage all aspects of internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and communications. Travel Management: Arrange all travel details, such as booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and handling visas and passport renewals. Personal Assistance: Provide organizational support for various personal tasks, including family/children & coordinating complex family schedules. Expense Management: Handle monthly expense reports, global credit card reconciliation, and offer backup support to other assistants. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ask pertinent questions in meetings, and readily adapt to new challenges. Teamwork and Positivity: Foster a collaborative team environment, keep a positive attitude, and proactively support colleagues and company events. Office Presence: Be present in the office whenever the CEO is onsite. Typically our support teams work in office in line with those they support, however, have flexibility during periods of executive travel.
