We're hiring a Senior Financial Analyst who will operate as a high-impact individual contributorturning complex data into strategic intelligence that shapes Radix's growth story. This role has direct visibility at the highest levels of the company, with work regularly presented to our Board, VP of Finance, and CEO. This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Scottsdale, AZ office. We believe in the power of in-person collaborationespecially when working on high-visibility financial initiatives that directly influence board and executive decisions. Your Impact As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be the engine behind our financial planning, analysis, and decision support. You'll build board-level models, prepare investor-ready insights, and provide the clarity leadership needs to move fast and with confidence. Your analysis will influence product strategy, capital allocation, pricing, and growth initiatives. By partnering closely with our VP of Finance, Accounting team, and CEO, you'll ensure Radix deploys capital efficiently, maximizes margin, and maintains the agility required to outpace a dynamic market. Build and maintain strategic models (LTV/CAC, pricing, fundraising, M&A, capital allocation) that inform decisions at the Board and executive level. Accurate Forecasting & Budgets
Deliver rolling forecasts and annual budgets that empower leadership to act with foresight and precision. Actionable Business Insights
Design dashboards and KPIs that spotlight trends, risks, and opportunities, accelerating executive decision-making. Profitability & Margin Expansion
Identify cost savings or margin lift opportunities through analytics-driven recommendations on spend, pricing, and product mix. Strategic Partnerships
Serve as a trusted partner to the VP of Finance, Accounting, and CEO, providing clarity and decision support across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead the FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning. Develop robust financial models in Excel/Sheets and/or FP&A tools (Adaptive, Anaplan) covering revenue, SaaS metrics, headcount, and cash flow. Prepare board-level materials and presentations that communicate Radix's performance and strategy with clarity. Design executive-level dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) that surface MRR/ARR, churn, expansion, and unit economics. Provide financial guidance on product ROI, pricing, growth initiatives, and capital allocation. Partner with Accounting to streamline month-end inputs, ensure GAAP/ASC 606 compliance, and enhance reporting speed and accuracy. Automate processes where possible (SQL, Python) to drive efficiency and reliability in reporting. What You Bring Experience 58 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment bankingideally in SaaS, tech, or other data-centric businesses. Proven success influencing C-suite and Board-level decisions through financial storytelling and quantitative analysis. Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling and scenario analysis. Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC, gross margin) and revenue recognition (ASC 606). Skilled at building board-level presentations that simplify complexity and inspire confidence. Comfortable with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to extract and visualize data. Clear communicator who can bridge technical finance with non-finance stakeholders. Familiarity with ERP/FP&A software (NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar) a plus. Preferred CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials. Exposure to fundraising, M&A, or investor relations in high-growth environments. Experience at a Big 4 firm (audit, advisory, or transaction services) bringing added rigor and credibility to executive and board-level reporting.
