Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve HSE policies, systems, and procedures in line with global standards and local regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Oversee site-level HSE systems, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
- Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and customer/regulatory audits.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to HSE staff and site leaders.
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HSE experience, including 3-5 years in a multi-site leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Canadian HSE regulations.
- Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and ISO management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing, heavy industry, or oil & gas experience preferred.
- Ability to travel 10-20% across North America.
