BWW Law Group, LLC, an "AV" rated real estate law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD, and Richmond, VA is seeking a dynamic and motivated Attorney to join our team in our Rockville, MD office. This position is full time (currently a hybrid remote and in office position). Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team. Our Rockville office provides free employee parking and is Metro accessible (Red Line North Bethesda Station).
Responsibilities
:
Work closely with the title division and the Notices team.
Input and maintain information into the case management system and ensure data integrity.
Review title and prepare and review notices of sale for legal sufficiency for MD foreclosure sales.
Prioritize and manage a high volume portfolio of work with strict deadlines and diligent attention to detail.
Address inquiries related to title/notices of foreclosure sale.
Attend foreclosure sales as needed.
Qualifications
:
Admission to the Maryland Bar required; DC is a plus!
Real estate settlement experience.
Experience resolving title problems through litigation or negotiation is desired.
1-3 years of Real Estate Law desired, but recently admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have superior oral and written communication skills.
Be detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.
Comfortable working independently and with a team.
