We are a team of highly skilled and passionate professionals, led by a BCBA, committed to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities Deliver ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings Implement skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans accurately Implement behavior reduction plans, protocols, and support plans Collect data systematically Maintain accurate billing and clinical documentation Collaborate with families and professionals regarding client progress and behavioral concerns Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA interventions per BACB ethical guidelines Maintain PHI in compliance with HIPAA Participate in staff training and commit to ongoing learning and performance improvement Assist in designing and preparing program materials Qualifications Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred but not required At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education), highly preferred but not required Skills Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse backgrounds Excellent written and oral communication skills Willingness to seek feedback and improve Enjoyment of growth and collaboration opportunities Professionalism and high standards
