Whether you're just starting or need guidance through the certification process, we are committed to helping you achieve your professional goals. Responsibilities: Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group setting. Implement skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans accurately. Implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and support plans as required. Collect data using Theralytics data collection system. Maintain accurate billing and clinical documentation. Collaborate with families and related professionals regarding client updates, progress, and behavioral concerns. Follow company policies, standards of conduct, and BACB ethical guidelines in implementing ABA interventions. Ensure compliance with HIPAA for handling Private Health Information (PHI). Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continuous learning. Assist in designing and preparing program materials. Wear scrubs during sessions. Ability to work 20-25 hours per week (part-time). Qualifications: Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (not required but preferred). Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education); highly preferred but not required. Skills: Culturally sensitive with the ability to work with diverse backgrounds. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Commitment to professional growth and self-improvement. Professional demeanor and high standards. Consistent and precise data collection and recording. Punctual, reliable, and consistent in sessions. Calmness during challenging behaviors. Accurate implementation of behavior plans and instructions from BCBAs. Willingness to adapt to client needs and environmental changes.
