The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and drive sales and profitability. Responsibilities include hiring and training employees, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing financial budgets. This role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
