Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Indianapolis, IN. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving restaurant performance. Responsibilities include hiring and training employees, managing budget and costs, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales and profitability. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and performance in Indianapolis, IN. Hire, train, and lead employees; create staff schedules. Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance of the restaurant. Maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability. Foster excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in restaurant management, including staff hiring, training, and scheduling Strong ability to manage budgets, costs, and other financial aspects of restaurant operations Customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction Capability to ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met Proficiency in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN, and manage daily restaurant operations effectively Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
